Easy Tip Split is a static web page. The bill amounts, tip percentages, and party sizes you enter are processed in your browser and never sent to our servers. We do not run accounts, profiles, or analytics on your calculations.

What we store locally

We use your browser's localStorage to remember your chosen theme (light or dark). This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.

Advertising and third-party trackers

Easy Tip Split does not display ads and does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We do not participate in behavioural advertising, remarketing, or audience measurement services.

Cookies

We do not set first-party tracking cookies. The only local data we store is your theme preference in localStorage, which is never sent to our servers. You can block or delete cookies and localStorage data via your browser settings.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. These logs are retained for a short period and are not linked to any personal account.
